Our Team

Landy Chen has been working in childcare industry since 2009 and has cared for over 300 children aged 0-13. Under Landy's leadership, our team moves towards one goal every day: to collaborate with parents and become the most energetic, passionate, and professional cheerleaders in the children's growth journey. Our team the industry-leading student to teacher ratio, always having at least four teachers and assistants caring for 12 to 14 students daily. All our staff undergo fingerprint identification and background checks by the licensing department. We also have regular training and assessments in child education, first aid, and CPR. Under Landy's leadership, our team frequently engages in professional training, discussions on child psychology, and conversations of each stage of the children's development. Therefore, our teachers and assistants possess ample experience, professionalism, and knowledge.

Our philosophy is learning through life. Our education is not limited to inside the classroom; any opportunity to engage with children is an educational opportunity. We instill and establish excellent behavioral models in daily life, through playing and interaction. We listen patiently, teach diligently, and care attentively, hoping that children receive the highest quality care and happiness every day. Moreover, we hope they learn to listen to each other, respect each other, and appreciate each other, laying the first and most solid foundation for growing into independent, confident, inclusive, and happy individuals.
